About The Department

The Science and Humanities department at Providence plays a crucial role in the first year development of the trainee engineer.

The faculty of the department specialise in the core subjects of physics, chemistry, mathematics, economics and life skills. Equipped with full-fledged labs, the department strives to ensure that each trainee engineer has a sound foundation in the core science subjects as well as essential understanding of humanities.

The department also plays a role in supporting the engineering department with academic support when needed.
