On 4th March 2022, Dr. MC Philipose, Professor & Dean (Academics) and Dr. Sainu Franco,  Associate Professor & head of the department of civil engineering from Providence College of Engineering were invited by the Indian Institute of Infrastructure and Construction (IIIC), for signing a Memorandum of Understanding with IIIC.

IIIC, an institute of international standards and repute at Chavara, Kollam, offering high-end courses in construction engineering and management, was established by the Kerala Academy for Skills Excellence (KASE), under the auspices of government of Kerala.
