Providence School of Business organized and conducted an awareness program on Sustainable Menstruation: Knowledge and Management on June 1^st, 2022 in view of World Menstrual Hygiene Day celebrated on May 28, 2022.

Ms. Kavya, Sustainability and Sexual Rights Consultant, founder of Eco Feminist Research Foundation was the resource person for the program. She delivered a detailed presentation and demonstration on Sustainable menstruation, its importance, sustainable menstrual products, menstrual hygiene, and the flip side of the sanitary pad to the students, teaching and non-teaching staff of providence. The session provides more avenues to debunk the myths, taboos, and stereotypes about periods and particularly on the use of sustainable menstrual products.
