Mr. Venkitraman Anand, CEO and Whole-Time Director Harrisons Malyalam Ltd, was our guest. A seasoned leader and turnaround specialist, he spent two hours with us sharing his leadership journey.
Our management trainees learned about his career, the decisions he made that shaped his career, and the challenges he faced, in the span of four decades in the industry.
He spoke of must have mindsets and values that future generations of leaders should inculcate.
