Providence College of Engineering ìs privileged to associate and support the Phoenix Award, organized by Malayalam Communications Ltd, to highlight and honour programmes, activities and individuals who overcome life's greatest odds and challenges to make a difference in society.

Above and beyond financial support, it exhibits the social commitment of the institution in helping them lead a successful life.

The awards were dedicated to those who rose above their physical limitations and became assets to society. Padma Shree Bharath Mammootty gave away the Phoenix Award 2018 held at Changanacherry on 12 ApriI 2018.

He presented a memento to Smt. Mariamma George, Chairperson of Providence College, appreciating the initiatives of the institution to instill social commitment in the youth of today.
